These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the ace77 platform, whether registered or not. Please read the full terms carefully before using the platform.
By accessing, browsing, or using any service on the ace77 platform, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between ace77 and its users. ace77 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice; continued use of the platform following any such changes will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh and apply to Bangladeshi users. Users accessing the platform from outside Bangladesh are solely responsible for complying with their local laws.
Users must be at least 18 years of age to register an account on ace77. All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. ace77 reserves the right to terminate any account at any time if false or misleading information is found to have been provided.
Each user may operate only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same individual are detected, all associated accounts may be suspended or closed and any pending transactions cancelled. Users are solely responsible for keeping their account password and login credentials strictly confidential.
Use a strong password to keep your account secure, and update it regularly. If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity, contact the ace77 support team immediately. Sharing your login credentials with any third party is strictly prohibited.
Users are fully responsible for all activities carried out on the ace77 platform under their account. Attempting to exploit any platform system or software for unfair advantage, using bots or automated software, and attempting to access other users' accounts are all strictly prohibited.
Using ace77 for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity is strictly prohibited, and any such activity detected may be reported to the relevant authorities. Fraudulent conduct, false claims, or any attempt to harm other users will result in immediate account termination.
Copying, scraping, or redistributing any content, design, software, or data from the ace77 platform for any purpose is prohibited. Please refrain from any activity that disrupts the normal operation of the platform.
All financial transactions on ace77 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Applicable limits and processing times for deposits and withdrawals are specified in the Payments section of the platform, and ace77 reserves the right to modify these at any time.
Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be processed. ace77 may request additional identity verification (KYC) documents where necessary, and reserves the right to place transactions on hold if such documents are not provided. Withdrawals related to bonuses are subject to the applicable wagering requirements.
In the event of an account suspension or closure, ace77 follows a process to return any valid balance; however, balances may be forfeited if the account was closed due to a breach of the rules. All transaction records are stored in the ace77 system, and in the event of a dispute, ace77's records shall be considered final.
All content on the ace77 platform — including logos, designs, text, software, graphics, and other materials — is the intellectual property of ace77. Using, reproducing, or distributing these materials without explicit written permission is strictly prohibited.
The ace77 platform may contain references to third-party services or content. ace77 accepts no responsibility for the quality, reliability, or legality of any such third-party services. Any transactions or interactions with third parties are entirely at the user's own risk.
Ace77 is not liable for any loss arising from technical errors, server outages, internet connectivity issues, or third-party failures. The platform does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service; temporary disruptions may occur for maintenance or upgrade purposes.
Ace77 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. A notice will be published on the platform for significant changes. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute between ace77 and a user will first be sought to be resolved through mutual negotiation. If no resolution is reached, the matter will be settled before a competent court in Bangladesh.
If any provision of ace77's Terms & Conditions is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between ace77 and the user, superseding any prior oral or written understandings.
